Pros
I love the atmosphere at Stobbs: everybody I work with is respectful, mannerly and helpful. Personally, I believe there is a lot of opportunity for progression at Stobbs - of course, you have to invest some effort and ask for what you want, as you would anywhere else. But you can certainly specialise in areas of interest to you, you can constantly grow personally and professionally, and there is a lot of investment in people's well being and education. I feel its a fair place to work and people are genuinely listened to.
Cons
The company grew very fast and of course scaling companies have a lot of adapting to do. I'm not sure this is a 'con' ad growth is what you want - but there has been a lot of change. All of which is for the better!
