      The lunch is free and so are snacks

      Cons

      “Culture focused” but non of it means anything because ruoull still get stabbed in the back and never thanked for any of your work. No formal performance review. A lot of people in the office are very annoying

      Cliquey and the culture can be suffocating. Cult like. Pay is not high enough seeing how much the owner pays himself.

      Cons

      Team building activities are tedious and unnecessary Clique in the office some people are friendly, some aren’t Salaries are very low so good luck paying rent - at least you can have a free kitkat and day out
