Fully remote, nice benefits, good WLB, good salary, great diversity and inclusion, and an overall fun environment with interesting subject matter. Stoic is full of competent (and reasonable) people who are passionate about building and releasing games. I think this is the best place I've ever worked.

It's not going to compete with a FAANG-like company for compensation (but it all doesn't come with the stress and politics you deal with at those places).

We are fully remote so it's best if you're comfortable working in isolation most of the time. Communication can be tricky.
