Pros
- The people and the entrepreneurial atmosphere - The desire from people to do what is best for the company as well as the consumers they serve - Flexibility to hear out your ideas, as long as they fit within the company direction
Cons
- Somewhat silo'ed between certain departments/locations, but breaking down every day so improving! - Being a smaller global organisation career progression is not always as set in stone as it can be compared to larger organisations (Relocation/travel is nearly a certain to enable you to advance)
