Pros

Having worked with the company for over 18months now, my review just gets better. The heart of the company is truly looking after it’s employees both professionally and personally. I continue to feel supported and part of a team. The benefits and regular gifts really make you feel more than just someone on a payroll. The client work is both challenging and rewarding, adding value to resolve business issues.

Cons

Only recommendation would be to review the company mileage rate which I think is on the low side for regular company travel.

Pros

The onboarding process was smooth and well-structured. The team was efficient in providing all necessary information and documentation ahead of my start date, which made the transition easy. Everyone was very supportive and helpful in answering questions about my role and the business. In my first week, I was warmly welcomed with a full tour of the Head Office and had the opportunity to meet each department, giving me a solid understanding of how the company operates. Since joining the company, I’ve received consistent support, including regular monthly catch-ups with my manager to check in on my progress and overall wellbeing. The team is a tight-knit, collaborative group, which has made settling in both easy and enjoyable. The positive work culture and open communication have stood out to me, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend Stoneseed enough as a great place to work.

Cons

No cons to mention, my experience has been very positive

Pros

- Trusting and respectful of their employees - Flexible - Variety of projects to work on - There is you need them, but understand if you don't - Great team days e.g. Races, Bowling, Escape Rooms - Great employee recognition/rewards/benefits - Fun team competitions - Supportive PMO team

Cons

Sometimes you might not feel part of the team if you're not based in the office, but they do make an effort with all the team days and competitions to help with this
