Pros
It is probably the most secure job you will ever have. Its great for a little extra money. If you find yourself having trouble holding down a job you can rest assured this one will stick to you like glue. If you can manage to get fired then you need to sit down and reassess your life. Let the party begin.
Cons
It's cold and soulless. There is almost no opportunity which one may improve his position. If you like to be creative you will have to wait for the corporate nod. Best to shuffle along there smarty pants!
