Pros
Great flexibility with work from home days. You are treated as an adult and there is huge respect for work/life balance. Benefits are centred around what you need to be happy: things like a Mind, Body and Soul allowance for travel, courses, health treatments (or beauty)....anything really that you need to feel good for the long term. Teamwork and collaboration are key at Stopgap. People are happy and enjoy coming into work as there is no micromanagement. In fact, many consultants are given the option to self manage if they prefer. Ultimately the support/management teams are there to support and help you succeed rather than fail. The culture is very much centred around trust and there are various other things you can champion in your role (blogs, marketing, leadership etc). All in all the pros working for Stopgap are many. Benefits, not commission based, managing your own time etc are just a few of the top ones. Great place to grow your career, make friends and be in a culture that has a genuine interest in your well being.
