Everyone wanted to run the company (To many bosses). Would send crews out without the proper tools to get the job done. And they never appreciated everything you did for the company.

Relatively good pay & leave time.

The culture is full of nepotism. You have to “be liked” by a group of people in order to fit in rather than be based on competence & work ethics. This resulted in backstabbing & passive-aggressive kinda culture. The manager (Ted) speaks unprofessionally - will call you out in front of people to embarrass you. Lastly, safety procedures are barely followed in the field.
