      Pros

      Relatively good pay & leave time.

      Cons

      The culture is full of nepotism. You have to “be liked” by a group of people in order to fit in rather than be based on competence & work ethics. This resulted in backstabbing & passive-aggressive kinda culture. The manager (Ted) speaks unprofessionally - will call you out in front of people to embarrass you. Lastly, safety procedures are barely followed in the field.

      The work load was going down and you could get any information out of project managers.

      Pros

      The up keep on the equipment and trucks were always taken care of. If something broke it was fixed right away.

      Cons

      Everyone wanted to run the company (To many bosses). Would send crews out without the proper tools to get the job done. And they never appreciated everything you did for the company.
