1. You get to learn a lot. Since there are less number of people in office, you will not be overshadowed and will be given a lot of responsibilities. 2. They train you very well. Right from how digital media works to catching the trend before anyone else. 3. There's a lot of creative freedom, and you can write about absolutely anything you want. 4. The management is very helpful and understanding. Despite me not performing well in the beginning, they always motivated me and taught me how to improve my writing. 5. When I decided to apply for my higher studies abroad, they gave me a wonderful letter of recommendation. 6. The management doesn't let your efforts go unnoticed. Despite knowing that I might leave for higher studies, I got a raise. 7. You get a solid followership, unlike any other digital media house. I have thousands of followers, and all because of the massive followership the page has (as I started from nothing). 8. The co-workers are very welcoming and the atmosphere is always light and cheerful.

- Opinions and opinionated people are not encouraged - Creativity is limited - New ideas are often discouraged - Adhering to clock-in time is a must but clock-out time is disregarded - 6 days work in a week, with no good management and division of work during holidays - Attempts to contact the company are not entertained and mostly ignored - Lack of communication between founders (who are the bosses) and employees - Boundaries between professional and personal life are often crossed - All in all not a very healthy and ripe environment to work in unless you are looking for just exposure as a writer
