Pros

- Brand name gives good exposure - Your educational background will not matter here and you can be hired as long as you have a flair for writing well - The job provides for an excellent learning experience

Cons

- Opinions and opinionated people are not encouraged - Creativity is limited - New ideas are often discouraged - Adhering to clock-in time is a must but clock-out time is disregarded - 6 days work in a week, with no good management and division of work during holidays - Attempts to contact the company are not entertained and mostly ignored - Lack of communication between founders (who are the bosses) and employees - Boundaries between professional and personal life are often crossed - All in all not a very healthy and ripe environment to work in unless you are looking for just exposure as a writer

Pros

Open environment Promotions and appraisals are good and purely performance based rather than seniority. Good Bonus even if you join mid year. Excellent platform for those who want to gain exposure as writers. People here gain thousands of followers.

Cons

6 day working torrent downloading is not allowed.

Pros

- Good exposure - The brand name helps in getting better jobs in future - Colleagues are helping and welcoming - Technical equipment provided are good - Salary is always given on time

Cons

- Management is nonchalant - No proper guidance - Since it is a start up there is not much hierarchy, the founder is the boss, so it is pretty much dictatorship - No fixed working hours - New ideas are not welcomed or appreciated, the management likes pushing the tried and tested content and do not challenge themselves to newer things - The employers are from core technical background and do not have much idea of the working of publications
