Strad energy has top notch equipment with reliable management. extremely quick response when addressing problem or needs list. All management had a can do attitude that carried over to line level.

Working in the northern states in the winter where it snows just about everyday and hits sub 0 temp. Consistently thawing out hoses and coming up with new ways to prevent the problems.

This company was great to work for I got laid off in Feb of 2015, would go back if they were hiring out of state again. Some of the best men I have ever worked with.

Some management need to looked at, and getting parts and help on time instead of asking so many questions. Have trust and faith in your workers.
