      - Good office enviroment. Everyone is treated like a family. - A good company to learn about the oil & gas servces sector. - Good work life balance - Managers are great. President and VP take the time to know you. - One of the better oil & gas service companies to work for.

      - There are limited opportunities to move around as the company is small. - Salary is industry average, although they have a good bonus plan.
