Leadership is extremely thoughtful in their approach to engaging with clients, employees and partners. Strand has curated something truly special through careful hiring, taking care of their team and nurturing professional growth. I am 20+ years into my career, having worked at companies big & small and this is by far the best mix of innovation, people and excitement that I have ever been a part of. Add in that the office is AMAZING and right on the beach.....it's tough to beat.
