It's good if you're desperate - Unit Manager Stratagraph Employee Review

Pros

Always been paid the right amount on time, benefits are ok, the tech department is very solid if you're having issues with equipment.

Cons

The harder you work, the better job you do, the harder you get screwed. Meanwhile, if you're lazy, or just a screw up, you get easy rig lines with a relatively good work/life balance. Mileage reimbursement is a joke. Management pays new hires more than employees who've been around for a few years. Management hiring people that have no business doing this kind of work, and rewarding them with easy jobs (as I stated above). Salesman promising more than we can deliver to the clients. Work/life balance is non-existent. You'll work anywhere from 50-70 days, get about 6 days off, then the coordinator will call you and beg for you to get back to it. That's especially tough as most of us live in Louisiana and a lot of our work is in West Texas, 11-12 hours away.

Pros

Technical company with good people, many years in the industry.

Cons

Onboarding seems to be a bit disjointed, need clear processes to help make policies clear.
