      Terrific support and management team including training in FNMA and FREDDIE residential property inspections. Scheduling is left to the inspector so you're able to work as needed, provided the reports are submitted on time.

      Cons

      Responsible for providing own car, computer, printer/scanner. Lower end of hourly wages when driving to and from the inspection.

      Training is top notch. Procedures are clear and well documented. Support is readily available. Professional. Schedule and deadlines are reasonable.

      Cons

      Not really many. Maybe occasionally a lack of consistency in work. And sometimes silly revisions required.
