This is a great company with an excellent training program offering an independent contractor level of flexibility as a fully vetted employee. Technical infrastructure is ideal for telecommuting.

Cons

The company business model is for all field inspectors to be part-time with limited to zero opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Terrific support and management team including training in FNMA and FREDDIE residential property inspections. Scheduling is left to the inspector so you're able to work as needed, provided the reports are submitted on time.

Cons

Responsible for providing own car, computer, printer/scanner. Lower end of hourly wages when driving to and from the inspection.

Pros

Flexible hours, easy work, no customer service, very independent work.

Cons

No pay raises unless you train for much harder workloads, part-time only and hours are severely cut during slow months September-January. Weekly video meetings where higher-ups complain the whole time about various things that make people feel bad or are generally useless. Not constructive.
