Training is top notch. Procedures are clear and well documented. Support is readily available. Professional. Schedule and deadlines are reasonable.

Not really many. Maybe occasionally a lack of consistency in work. And sometimes silly revisions required.

Great training program from day one. Assigned a trainer immediately who not only provides scheduled training calls but is also available to call or text outside of scheduled times. Everyone I interacted with was also very understanding of other obligations and personal needs. I only left due to changes in my personal life.

There were not any cons for me.
