Pros

I have only been employed at Strategic Practice Solutions for about 6 months, and I can say that I have found a position that I truly enjoy. The owner is very fair and dedicated and provides a very supportive workplace. It is truly a team.

Cons

The insurance world is ever changing and difficult to keep up with. Learning the words and ways of the insurance companies in order to get the information needed can be challenging.

*Work from home *You are able to have a good work/life balance *Growing company with lots of opportunities for personal growth(but still has a family feel) *Management that listens to concerns and trust the knowledge of their teams *Great supportive teams *Team members have great knowledge with insurance, practice management, etc and truly go above and beyond for their clients

Cons

*Benefit package(no vacation for the first year and no 401K)

Pros

The owner of the company has a strong and dedicated work ethic, whom truly cares for her employees and clients. Which in turn radiates on to her employees. The owner is involved, she teaches and works with you as part of the team, not above you. The owner is conscience of showing her appreciation, being acknowledged is always a great feeling! This is the only place I have worked at that I can honestly say we are a team. Everyone is supportive and I truly enjoy being with my co workers! For a mom who wants to be involved with all aspects of her kids lives as they grow, this jobs gives me the ability to work from home.

Cons

Since it is a small business that is growing at a rapid rate, occasionally it can be overwhelming. Especially keeping up with the changes outside of the business, that affect how you do your job. There are a lot of times that I feel I just get accustom to the systems we have in place and then they change. It makes it hard to keep up and make sure that you are following each step of the process.
