      Pros

      *Work from home *You are able to have a good work/life balance *Growing company with lots of opportunities for personal growth(but still has a family feel) *Management that listens to concerns and trust the knowledge of their teams *Great supportive teams *Team members have great knowledge with insurance, practice management, etc and truly go above and beyond for their clients

      *Benefit package(no vacation for the first year and no 401K)

      Pros

      Our field is forever changing and our company keeps up with the change. If something doesn't work for our team the CEO goes above and beyond to create/find better systems, technology, equipment, or resources to be more efficient. Our CEO is dedicated to our work, our team, and our clients. Since SPS is quickly expanding there is definitely room to grow with the business. Having the opportunity of a flexible work schedule and having the ability to work from home is a huge benefit for my family and I.

      Cons

      Although the CEO shows appreciation in many ways, there is no 401K, medical or dental benefits

      Pros

      I have only been employed at Strategic Practice Solutions for about 6 months, and I can say that I have found a position that I truly enjoy. The owner is very fair and dedicated and provides a very supportive workplace. It is truly a team.

      Cons

      The insurance world is ever changing and difficult to keep up with. Learning the words and ways of the insurance companies in order to get the information needed can be challenging.
