Pros

Depending on who you were, some people made decent money (though others did not). Strong sense of entrepreneurialism. In its heyday (which is long passed), the firm had tons of talent. Some of those folks may still be around, but I can assure you they're demoralized and no longer working at peak performance--how could you under the current circumstances? And those who have hung on may have done so because they didn't have other options.

Cons

The CEO, surrounded by his yes-men and yes-women, ruined the company--his greed, arrogance, and ineptitude killed everything that might have been good about this company and didn't allow the company to grow up as it grew. Also, there was a conflict of interest policy that was only followed when convenient. This speaks to the very slippery code of ethics at the top of the food chain. The company could have had a great story to tell about doing work to make the world a better place, but in the end, too many mercenaries who were only there to make a buck (or a whole lotta bucks) ensured that the company stood for nothing. And finally, the company's got some great salespeople who are masters of smoke and mirrors. So called "world class" services that S360 offered were anything but. They were so behind the technology curve when it came to marketing automation, SEO/SEM, project management, modern PR tactics and tracking. Lotta old timers with outdated skill sets. Apparently, one of the cardinal rules of the company is "Don't f$*k it up." That's helpful (and rich) coming from a CEO who f'd up everything. Oh, and "me too" issues--beware of that.
