- Incredibly smart and friendly colleagues - Interesting projects where even junior grades get good client exposure - Great opportunities to travel due to the size of the PwC Network and cross competency projects (i.e. projects with strategy, deals and tech elements) - Competitive salary (especially at Manager level onwards) - MBA sponsorship for top business schools for Senior Associates onwards
Cons
- PwC influence expense culture can negatively impact travel (only really an issue on long haul flights if you are Senior Manager or under though) - Brand is still developing and not as strong as MBB (however new brand refresh and thought leadership push seems positive) - Typically long hours Monday to Thursday
