Pros
Typical consulting perks. You'll be top-tier at your airline and hotel brand of choice and receive the top health/401k/etc.
Cons
The merger has not gone well, and the same toxic politically charged culture that plagued Booz and PRTM are destroying what left of the shells of their former selves. If Booz and PRTM were such great strategy firms, they would not have sold to a Big 4 accounting firm. Senior leaders are too concerned with sparring with each other, never admitting a slight degree of fault, and looking down at any other part of the broader PwC network to care the slightest about younger workers. They recently admitted to underpaying post-College and post-MBA employees acknowledging they were below the rate of the firms they claim as their peers. They also recently added another 1.5 years to the partner track, adding a further disincentive to those not coming in at a Manager+ level. I cannot caution anyone deciding between here and any other consulting firm to pick that other place. And don't be fooled, this firm has one of the harshest up or out policies around because they falsely feel they can.
