Pros
You'll get a lot of exposure to M&A with an opportunity to take on early responsibilities. You'll see more deals here than in most jobs. You'll also get the opportunity to do more interesting things with data than most other places. I'd recommend as a first job, but I'd struggle to recommend to anyone who doesn't want to make partner after you've learnt the fundemnetals.
Cons
Pay is at least 20% below market rates. You'll be lucky to have many evenings where you're not working late. You get very little choice in the work you do.
