100 percent inclusive. they do not discriminate. Regardless of experience or a limit on values, they welcome everyone. They have a passion to grow and make a name in the NWA community. If you care about appearance and need some recruiting experience I would try Stratice. be ok with owners making big decisions that are good for them but not necessarily commission employees, employees looking for new accounts and single people.

be prepared to agree with the norm and only go with the flow. interrupting status quo won't work. stratice and the inner circle always come first
