Pros

At Strativ you have unparalleled opportunity compared to the rest of the recruitment firms out there. If you are willing to put in the graft and work hard, not only will you be rewarded very handsomely financially, you can be easily fast-tracked into management positions. Flexibility at work is genuinely not seen at other recruitment firms, regardless what they say. Here as long as the work is being done and you keep up-to-date with business, you can find yourself working from home when you like, starting at whatever time you want and finishing early-doors. Statriv don't track KPI's and don't see them as the be-all and end-all. At the end of the day, if you're working hard, billing and have the right attitude towards work, then that's all that matters. Everyone is highly motivated and the atmosphere in the office is brilliant. From a social perspective, no one throws a better party at the end of the month than Strativ. The whole office will go for food, drinks and activities which is brilliant. Regarding new starters, they really take care of them all - plenty of training across the board and support whenever you need it.

Cons

There are genuinely no cons!

Pros

Good hardworking recruiters going above and beyond

Cons

Just avoid this business, it's all smoke and mirrors. You'll be promised the moon during interview stage, all lies. It's unlike any agency that I've worked for, in the worst possible way. So many things that I could scare you off with, but the contracts have a lot of gagging orders -don't say that you haven't been warned.

Pros

Some good people who are doing well. Freedom and responsibility is good, but a lot of people abuse it. The benefits are good

Cons

Loads of deadweight - underperformance is normal and allowed for a long time Not many girls - loads of female leavers One rule for one person, another rule for someone else - especially with salarys, levels Obsession with growing when retention is really bad London has a different commission structure to rest of the business
