Pros

Some good people who are doing well. Freedom and responsibility is good, but a lot of people abuse it. The benefits are good

Cons

Loads of deadweight - underperformance is normal and allowed for a long time Not many girls - loads of female leavers One rule for one person, another rule for someone else - especially with salarys, levels Obsession with growing when retention is really bad London has a different commission structure to rest of the business

Cons

Can be difficult to switch off when your surrounded with high-performing people who are constantly on the go a 100 miles an hour but this is also a benefit as it pushes you to reach your full potential and more.
