Pros
If you're a top biller that can rebuild your client base quickly after leaving another agency you'll do well. Great if you like autonomy over yourself and can self manage your workload effectively. A mixture of health conscious people and people who like to go out and have fun - balance. Some managers are very focused on the people and mean well. If you can hit your set target, you will do well and get promoted.
Cons
The business isn't diverse (which was important to me) - top level management had 3 people from ethnic minorities out of 30 people. Their attrition of leavers outside of management reflect this too across women and ethnic minorities. The handling of redundancies - I was made redundant - was terrible across the business (not because of HR - they really did their best and are amazing) the communication and lack of transparency across the business in months prior wasn't as candid as it could've been. The manager that you have will differentiate on the support that you get because they prioritise different things. The process for every candidate isn't the same - which isn't unusual in agency but can be frustrating for internal TA. Initially when I started I was asked to put a positive review on here which I didn't and glad I didn't because it doesn't give you a true depiction of the company. Some of the reviews of the business on here are exactly that.
