Micromanaged to hell and back - Project Supervisor Stratosphere Quality Employee Review

Pros

I don't have to work for them anymore

Cons

Almost everything from my interview was completely changed around ONE DAY before I started. With less than 24 hours notice they told me my shift was 11 PM - 7 PM every Monday to Friday with a bonus 12 hour night shift every Sunday. After finally getting used to that, my job switched from supervision to manual labour with an unknown end date. Then in typical Stratosphere fashion, my boss told me that the site I was working at didn't need us anymore. Less than a day's notice to tell me that I didn't have any work. You're also constantly micromanaged and receive calls, texts and emails nonstop about other people's shifts that effect you in absolutely no way but they get upset if you aren't constantly responding. Absolutely terrible company, terrible management, terrible ethics. If working here is your only option I'm sorry for you.

Pros

none no pros about this company

Cons

Title: The High Cost of Silence This company’s management practices are not just poor—they are predatory. There is a clear and intentional strategy to protect high-level managers from accountability, mirroring the way some religious institutions have historically shielded predators. When an employee tries to act as a whistleblower to stop this cycle, they are terminated immediately and without recourse. This is an international management failure. The company creates a "locked-in" atmosphere of fear where employees are treated as inmates rather than professionals. Anyone considering a role here should be aware that their career and personal safety are at risk the moment they witness something they aren't supposed to see.
