Pros
Some flexibility with work/life balance. There are some great employees at this company, which makes it more enjoyable. Do your job and do it well and you'll be sure to move up the ladder.
Cons
Much of the business, at least the operations side, is run on a moments notice and many can be called into work at any time of day. This is the nature of the business so you better enjoy what you do. The pay isn't that great unless you're in the upper management level. The grunts on the ground don't get much in way of incentive and it's a little disheartening to bust your rear for a couple extra cents raise each year.
