Pros

The only pro to this "company" is the ability to work from. With that said its expected your computer is on as you at all times and that if one takes even a second to respond you're not working and you deserve a consequence.

Cons

There is absolutely no structure to this place and the leadership team is complied of individuals whom lack sufficient resumes or previous work experiences to hold those titles. Many individuals suffer from powertrip syndrome and get off on the power bestowed to them, often trying to rule "teams" by using empty threats and intimidation tatics. If you aren't leadership your voice and opinion doesn't matter, as they have to be the ones who take the credit and save the day. There is extensive tension between all office and its constant bashing of other people as well add negativity. The company's CEOs lack business sense and backbones. Only able to sell the product by lying to customers and selling it at a price so cheap they barely cover salary costs monthly. In thw future the company will either be sold (as their previous attempt was) or will be forced to shut down. The salary and benefits are a JOKE. Employees are forced to work 60 hour weeks and told that effort is what gets noticed and raises will come. They try to pay you under market value for what you are worth and only offer you more money when you put in your resignation letter. Insurance is ridiculously expensive and you aren't offered bonuses or 401k matching. In fact the 401k offered is a JOKE! The HR department, if you can call it that, is a waste of time. Beyond inexperienced and has NO clue what they are doing. On more than one occasion it took MONTHS of email and follow up with HR and the CEOs to get insurance benefits and salary correct. They even taxed expenses! They do not have enough staff or off shore talent to keep up with business demands and many times customers systems are broken and aren't fixed in a timely manner. In fact everything is typically bandaided and ends up causing more issues in the end. If you are still thinking about interviewing with this company I shall warn you that if it is for a Product Management position......RUN! Team members are PSYCHOTIC, lack boundaries, stir up drama, scream in the office, threaten staff and is the laughing stock of the company. Members physically tried to attack other staff and HR and the CEOs wont do anything about it because they know members will work 100 weeks. Overall this company is barely standing and people who stay there long term couldn't get a job elsewhere. Id suggest you don't waste your time as an employee or a customer considering buying this product.

Pros

Overall, the team is amazing to work with. There are a ton of people who genuinely care and leadership truly support their teams. There have been many changes over the last year that I have been here and we are trying to make this company the best we can. It has been one of the best companies I have worked for in my career so far and look forward to where we are going.

Cons

Navigating some of the changes and working through breaking bad habits or old ways of thinking has been frustrating.

Pros

The mission in behavioral health is important, and many employees are genuinely committed to the populations served. The work can be meaningful and challenging, with opportunities to take on significant responsibility. Colleagues are often thoughtful and mission-driven, and remote flexibility can be a positive.

Cons

During periods of organizational change, workforce decisions have at times felt abrupt and poorly timed, including changes occurring around major holidays. Communication and change management can be inconsistent, which can be especially difficult in a mission-driven environment. I also observed concerns among employees about whether internal people practices consistently reflected the organization’s stated values around care, equity, and inclusion, particularly as responsibilities expanded without corresponding adjustments in compensation or support. Over time, this contributed to attrition and reduced trust across several teams.
