Pros
Autonomy - Managers typically let you do your thing. You have the independence to deliver how you want; downside is that they rarely provide discrete direction and decisions are made in vacuums. Pay - Pay is competitive, but from my understanding its not nearly as lucrative as it was even a couple years ago. Decent RSUs on quicker vesting schedules. Bonus is fair. Lifestyle Benefits - Still offering fully remote opportunities; no intention of wrangling everyone back to office. Provide you monthly "health" stipends to basically spend on whatever you want (gym memberships, workout equipment etc.) and generous WFH stipends for home office. People - Everyone I've worked with is super kind, fun to be around, and willing to help. You'll just be working so much you never interact with them.
Cons
Poor Direction & Decisioning - Managers and leaders won't keep you on path; its up to you to make sure you move in the right direction. Accountability on decisions is poor; no one wants their name attached to anything contentious out of fear. Work Life Balance - Its not awful, but if you expect to meet standards you should expect to put in longer hours and go above and beyond when necessary. Typical of any high-growth company like this though.
