Pros
Lots of fun activities to participate in. Opportunity to learn and grow. There were snacks and videogames, fooseball and ping pong. But I had the feeling that all these, along with the "Something Special Everyday" was mainly to detract from the fact that you could potentially be fired at any point.
Cons
Every day could be your last. Whole departments of people let go with 0 notice. Also, nepotism. Lots and lots. Many hours were expected to be worked from each employee. They even brought in cots so that if need be, employees could spend the night. Awesome!! (No.)
