While the leaders do care a lot about work balance and there are lots of ammenities in place (personal days, vacation, flex-time, etc.) at the end of the day the actual work must be done and there simply isn't enough hours in the day. Late nights are often where work spills over and it creates a tension in wanting to stop but not being able to. Combined with the nature of doing anti-racist work it can create fatique.
