Pros
The only good thing about working here are your coworkers. Most are friendly and willing to work as a team.
Cons
The management from top down is awful. In order to get hired you have to take the ridiculous 2+ hour Caliper test with not only personality questions but logic and math questions. You are offered a salary with over-inflated bonus package that I soon found out no one ever achieved. You are watched like a hawk from managers who use an IM system to see if you are online and working, even if working from a remote location.
