Plenty - have no respect for their employees or the efforts exerted. Budgets are near impossible to obtain, little to no regard for customer service employees, they act as if that department does not exist. HR manager should not be the executive assistant. The national sales director does not type his own emails nor dial his own phone - Executive assisant/HR manager does everything. The base salary is a joke, and full commission is never attained month to month - they really under pay employees and promise money that you'll never see.

The management from top down is awful. In order to get hired you have to take the ridiculous 2+ hour Caliper test with not only personality questions but logic and math questions. You are offered a salary with over-inflated bonus package that I soon found out no one ever achieved. You are watched like a hawk from managers who use an IM system to see if you are online and working, even if working from a remote location.
