Pros
I have been working for the Pensacola location for about a month, so my insight is limited. I have had more difficult jobs but this is great for students. They will work with your schedule, communication is highly encouraged among coworkers and with supervisors/"higher-ups," employees are valued and encouraged to share their concerns and questions. Everyone seems to get along well. I didn't have to buy my own supplies as I read in another review.
Cons
It's not a glamorous job but I would hardly call that a con since it's a given. Since the company is kinda sorta fairly new there are hiccups with training and everyone being on the same page, but as far as I can see that is being addressed.
