Nice store - Interior Designer Studio 882 Employee Review

The management team at Studio 882 genuinely cares about it's employees while also knowing how to have a fun time behind the scenes and with customers. To say they expect a lot out of employees would be an understatement, but they're creating a business that has the highest standards from the ground up. They sell the best products, want the best employees, the best vendors, the best of everything. And that's not going to work for everyone. But for those that it does work for, it works really, really well.

The place is run like a big business with a small staff. Workloads can be tough to manage, but again, they purposefully keep a small team of performers that they can then compensate very well.

Seemingly good business set up. beautiful show room with a large wall of fabrics, fabulous brands carried. The marketing is really good.

The owners are a husband and wife team who are not at all on the same page. Their concept of their brand changes with the wind. They show minimal respect to their sales and design team. There is minimal training for how they want the business to run. They lost a really good crew of folks because of changing a commission structure and employee rolls in the process of ramping up projects. The husband treated the design and sales process as though he was selling used cars, and turned off quite a few customers.
