Pros
The management team at Studio 882 genuinely cares about it's employees while also knowing how to have a fun time behind the scenes and with customers. To say they expect a lot out of employees would be an understatement, but they're creating a business that has the highest standards from the ground up. They sell the best products, want the best employees, the best vendors, the best of everything. And that's not going to work for everyone. But for those that it does work for, it works really, really well.
Cons
The place is run like a big business with a small staff. Workloads can be tough to manage, but again, they purposefully keep a small team of performers that they can then compensate very well.

I finally found a job where I can bring my true passion of design to life. I have a team that lets me run with my ideas and supports my decisions. I love studio 882 family atmosphere! It’s great to work with management that really understands life, kids, and everything in between. We have a strong team at Studio 882 that makes our workplace productive but always FUN!
Cons
You have to dedicate your time wisely because it’s easy to get behind in the busy world of furniture and design. But don’t worry hard work always pays off at Studio 882!
