Development team was very organized and I was given clear direction of what is needed. Any mistakes I've made (I'm only human!), it was kindly pointed out and offered support. I never felt so welcome to a team even though I'm just a contractor for a project.

They have very tight timelines. I don't believe it's a fault of the company, but just the amount of effort they put into accommodating their clients.

Great culture of people from all over the world. I was able to learn different ways of doing things from others. It's a huge benefit when you are living in Hawaii.

Really fast pace and might not be for all. I'm very OCD with my coding and sometimes I'll end up not cleaning up my codes prior to submitting.
