      Pros

      Great culture of people from all over the world. I was able to learn different ways of doing things from others. It's a huge benefit when you are living in Hawaii.

      Cons

      Really fast pace and might not be for all. I'm very OCD with my coding and sometimes I'll end up not cleaning up my codes prior to submitting.

      Completely flexible with your schedule. Understands the modern working lifestyle. Work can be done remotely. Meeting are held at social areas to improve employee bonding. Owner knows his stuff.

      Cons

      Requires you to be very independent and not await for directions.
