None This company is heartless. Only interested in money not staff Wastes money on unnecessary expense stupid unnecessary marketing instead of investing in good quality staff. Very manipulating and does not listen. If you are a graduate you're in but it won't be long before you realise a big mistake in joining this excuse of a company!
