Pros
They offer great benefit to part timers, and pay for all activities we go on, even offer TTC Fare, $5 for coffee and many opportunities that will come up on a regular basis for more work hours. I know plenty staff that are full time teachers there and the students seem to love them. Good reviews by the students generally, as they enjoy the classes and more importantly the method of teaching. Pay is not bad either for part time staff.
Cons
For part time staff, schedules are made rather early (monthly) so as much as its great to know when you are working, there may not be as many hours available to you as you would like. And there's no preference. Overall, I have no major qualms of working with this company, its been a great experience.
