It’s encouraging to see that you had a great line manager during your time at Study Group. On the other hand, it’s disappointing to read your other experiences as an employee with us. Our targets are in place to ensure that we perform to our highest potential and keep growing as an organisation, but they shouldn’t impact your well-being. It is our intention to give every employee the opportunity to develop themselves and their career in an enjoyable, fast-paced environment during the time they spend with us.
