Some really nice and hard working employees here, but under-appreciated and over-worked
Cons
The top management is so out of touch with reality and keeps introducing useless and cumbersome systems such as the CourseFinder (counter-intuitive and full of errors), PayOnline (with shocking exchange rates) that chew up massive amount of staff's time with no real benefit to students or agents. The marketing strategy is non-existent and seems to be driven by impulsive decisions made by the Sales and upper management team who do not understand the university partners they work with and constantly tread on their toes. The business has absolutely no respect to staff's work life balance and personal time, constant late night phone calls with the UK or Singapore is the norm here and no one dares to complain. Staff turnover is extraordinary here, there is departure announcements every week and valuable intellectual property is lost along with each resignation, yet this doesn't seem to bother the management team one bit.
