Diversity. People from different background. English speaking. Colleagues are friendly and nice. Work from other country policy.

Management is chaos. Lack of principles and rules, most of the time it's managed by "human" in stead of following company guildlines. Lack of transparency and investment into improvement. Employee's are asked to provide feedback to the company every year but it doesn't seem to be valued. Salary is weigh below the market and salary increase will be minor.
