Pros

They try to make it 'fun' for you - especially if you're young & single.

Cons

Low pay, no real benefits (unless you consider 'being a Superhero' a benefit), thoughts & opinions are rarely validated, micro-management, and more.

High maintenance for poor results

Pros

- (try to) Disrupt and work in the education field - Focus on trying to slowly change things - Highly energised team - Multicultural company

Cons

- The fake happy work environment workplace, where the culture is more about doubting and complaints and not real grown-up work mentality - Some people really overvalue themselves and their knowledge with nothing to warrant it - Team members that are clueless and on their first job, but think they know it all - Non-existing middle management - Very poor salary pay and perks, borderline exploitation (which resonates with the company strategy to hire remotely, cheap labour in Romania) - If you have some experience you ain't gonna learn here, if your new you lack senior people to properly guide you - Noise - No real Agile & Scrum here

Pros

Cross functional teams, international environment and a great place to learn for young graduates. Easy to have great, long lasting relationships and fun setting to work in.

Cons

Professional development stalls, lack of direction, unnecessary pressures when results are guaranteed by certain teams, upper management are untouchable regardless of mistakes in their decision making and are never at blame. Essentailly take advantage of those who lack experience and want to grow which is a shame for a company which promised so much some years ago. Management often claim listen and have their hearts open but very different in practice. The mission is to create a transparent study choice platform but the company lacks transparency in its structure.
