      Pros

      good businesses to work with, telecommunications field gives a lot of opportunities, before change in leadership got a lot of opportunities to change things in the company.

      Cons

      No respect for people, treats everyone like machines, no rewards, no commitment, forcefully pulls work out of you and a pathetic leadership line in HR.
