co-workers, fun atmosphere, good area,

Cons

Treated by sales management like you are just a number, aka how many cars you can sell in a month. High turn over of employees on the sales floor, new car managers will do anything to make the sale, even if it takes money out of your commission/pocket. Benefits are so-so. Long hours if you want to make any kind of decent money. work/life balance is rough. Get to know your co-workers because they will become your new family/friends. Of course you could put these comments for any dealer... this is what stinks about working sales at a dealer.
