Our leads come to us instead of us having to dial all day. Our Sales Process is flexible enough that we're able to provide what a prospect needs by building solutions that solve their problems. The Client Success team takes really good care of nurturing and supporting the clients we serve. Working remotely can be a little lonely sometimes - but the SugarShot team works tirelessly to be sure we really connect with our team - through daily standups, consistent themes for the weekdays, feedback surveys, happy hours, and game nights.
